Didn't really answer the question I asked.

Anyway fuse was blown on Red Horizontal.

Several weeks ago replaced both convergence ICs and fuse. Cleaned off old heat sink compound and put new on.

Works fine. Actual replacement of parts only took about 25 minutes. Most anoying thing was making sure which cable went where before unplugging all 30+ of them.

If you are not familiar with servicing electronic circuits, I would strongly suggest you did not try. You could do far more harm to your equipment and worse, to yourself, than it is worth. Please, take it to a professional for repair. The price could be a lot less in the long run

My convergence won't fix the color problem. When trying to use the convergence ajustments on the tv, the red is ok but the blue won't realign. The blue is bowed from the bottom about 8 inches and slightly...

Check all the resistors that are connected to the stks especially the 3 that have same values, resolder if required. Also use a magnifing glass to check on embedded resistors on the soldering side of pcb. you may have unknowing desoldered one of them or caused shorting. These will be small ant size blackish rectangular resistors. most DIY people mess them up. Some tvs may have them too close to the stk terminals and require careful desoldering and soldering while replacing the stks. vote if it helps and thanks if you voted. check out www.fixurtvs.com

Color rings and halos

Does it have magic focus? tried it not working? do full convergence adjustment using service mode as mentioned in service manual. Its better to download it from the tech support at this site and go step by step. There is also a blue button switch on the convergence of some models. If you cant adjust some colors with service mode, check resistore with STKs, if the colors are really bad it may be better to replace the stks also while you are at it. But do you have the skills to do it? check it out at www.fixurtvs.com. Thanks if you voted.

Hc-p4752 black screen when powered on.

glad i could help ...now the black screen .. remove the back turn it on and look at the actual tubes
the base of the tubes should have a reddish glow if not the set isnt fully on look at the top of the tube if its on you should see a box or a dot etc
if both conditions above are true then you have damaged the stks you will need to replace them again
you can order from here $7.99 each http://www.electronix.com
remember to solder carefully stks do not take shorts well
if you dont see anything in the tubes you may have damaged the regulator too if you have a multimeter handy (and you know how to use it)while the set is running check (pins 15,18) for +28 volts {pins 16 ,17 and 19} for -28 volts if you dont get around those voltages you will be replacing the regulator too its probably an str (something or other) look around where the power cord plugs in for a big transistor looking thing..
good luck
