Question about Canon PIXMA iP5000 InkJet Photo Printer
My iP5000 photos come out with way too much green. I changed all the cartridges. Strangest thing is that the photos come out okay when I print on mat finish paper but on glossy everything has a green cast or worse. I tried deep cleaning but no change. Is it possible to clean the buses and if so what would I use? Thanks
Hold the print head over a steaming kettle take care not to scald yourself. The ink will run out of the bottom of the printhead just dab on a piece of paper towel, when you see green you will have cleaned it. I dont know if this will do any long term damage to printhead but it has worked three times for me
