Question about Lands Phones
Once your phone is synchronized with your PC, you should see the phone's memory in "My Computer" as another drive and should be able to access your pictures by exploring or opening that drive.
Otherwise, depending on the Brand Name of your phone, there may be some proprietary software needed to preform your desired operation?
