Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Its a little program called iTunes. It is available, for free, here;http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
you will also need the cable that came with your ipod.
once itunes is installed you can load your Cd's into it then xfer to ipod or purchase music from itunes directly. If you already have music files on your computer you will need to tell itunes where that folder is and it will convert them and load into itunes.
Hope this helps. please rate.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
