Dark border one side of paper

was doing a color job, told machine two sided copying, first 250 went fine, second set has a dark to light grey border on side, now all copies black and white and color and incoming faxes have border to one side, width ranges fro 1/2 inch to 2 inches and varies in color.
Getting no error messages in display, using normal copy paper, also print border if printing from network.
