Question about Creative Labs Zen Micro MP3 Player
Have a Creative Zen Micro MP3 player which isn't working. The only way to power it on is to plug it into power source or PC and to turn it off I have to remove the battery.
When it is powered on I have the digital display with the Creative logo but can't navigate the player. When it is plugged into a PC it is not recognised by the creative software
Try disconnecting it and then reconnect it back to your pc, it happened to me once and then it was completely dead, nothing happened after it failed to install.
Then I waited the next day and I was about to return it, and I thought that maybe it would work if I connect it and reconnect it back and yeah it worked. it installed successfully.
Let's hope that it will work everytime I connect it from now on, if not I'll probably return it. 'cause I just bought yesterday.
