Machine has to be ready to Copy.
Press the "Printer" button, touch "Printer Menu", "Interface","Network","Detail".
Arrow down to TCP/IP, touch "Change#".
Now you can see the current IP address.
Touch "Change#, and enter the new number with the key pad.
Hit "Close" 4 times and touch the Copier button to return back to home.
If you hit the "Back" key at the end, it will not lock in your changes. It will just back out.

When i print envelope the return address gets cut off

There are some parameters that must be correct before an envelope will print properly. The M/P tray on the KM-3035 should be configured for the proper envelope size, probably COMMERCIAL 10, (but could be another size...need to measure the envelope) and type should be set to ENVELOPE. When printing from the application,i.e. Word or Word Perfect, be sure to select the proper printer and configure the Print Set-up, print direction, size, etc...You will have these options by clicking file and then print from the application print menu.

Kyocera 3035 will not print - NIC card red LED flashing

First turn the main Power Switch off, then unplug the network cable from the nic card and leave it unplugged. Then turn the machine back on, when it says ready to copy, press the printer button and print out a network status page. Then hook the network cable back up and go to a pc and click on start then control panel and look for printers and faxes and click on it, then right click on the Kyocera Printer Icon, then click on properties in the drop down then click on the port tab, then click on configure port and check the ip address and make sure it matches the one on the network status page, if it doesn't put in the correct IP Address and apply the change. But if the ip address is right just try printing again. If it prints ok then you are done but if it doesn't try this click on start then run and then type in cmd, then on the screen that opens up type in ping, then a space, then ip address of the Kyocera Machine then press enter, if the Nic card is connecting to the network you should get a reply from the Kyocera's Nic Card if you do then the Nic Card is ok and the Kyocera print driver may have to be deleted and then re-installed. Hope this helps.

Setting up wireless printer

To assign an IP address to a KM 3035 you need to select the system menu/counter button above the touch screen. On the left hand side of the menu you need to select Printer Defaults. From this menu you need to select Interface and than select the network tab from the resulting screen. Scroll down to highlight TCP/IP and select change. From this next screen you should be able to assign a new IP address.

Let me know if you need any further info.

KM-3035 scanning issues

the 30/40/5035 series machines have two network cards in them. One for printing and one for scanning. and they have separate IP numbers also. make sure you have scanfile utility running on your pc or wherever you are sending the files and the folder set up in the utility. then set it up on the scanner network card.. Not the printer.
