Question about Star Logic (11004998) (Black) 15 inch LCD Monitor
There is a 2 inch area at the top of the screen that does not fill in.The contrast is very light. The mouse drags a tail when moved in this area. You can still see a very light version of the displayed tool bar.
Try connecting the monitor to another computer and see if it has the same problem. If so, sounds like part of the display has gone bad. If it is still under warranty, try to get it repaired/replaced. If it's not under warranty, you might be better off getting a new monitor rather than trying to get it fixed, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
