I forgot the password to one of my old verizon phones and i wanted to start using it again, except when i turn it on, it's automatically locked and i dont know how to unlock it. it was so long ago i completely forgot the password!
When you are on the screen when it powers up and says locked dial *228 send and press option one when it starts talking and it should reset your password to the last 4 digits of your phone # and reactivate that phone for you if you wanted to start using it again
