Quasar TV/VCR combo - can't find "video or line" to...

We have a Classroom Jeopardy game at our school. The instructions indicate to set the tv to "video or line and view the various tv video line offerings until the jeopardy logo appears. I can't set the tv to video or line. Is it because the tv is a combo? There's a GAME button on the front, but that does not do anything. Any help

I have a welcome msg that is staying on and is blocking the picture on my tv/vcr combo. How do I get rid of it?
