Sound max software does not show 6 Channel (by 3 users)

I format my pc several times and added all drivers. but Sound max software does not show 6 Channel. only front and rear bar works. centre, sub woofer does not. my email id is manjit_leo_mani@yahoo.co.in

1st of all please find out which sound card u r using because on ur main board there is no onboard 6.1 channel sonud card..it is 4.1 channel sound please make sure that u have onboard sound or u have plugged pci sound card.
