My child locked my jenn-air oven door and now i cannot open it. I ran it through the cleaning cycle (which by the way has never worked) AND IT STILL WILL not open. The oven is at least 15 years old. Thanks . I think the model # is S125 OR D140 AND IS NOT ON YOUR PRODUCT LIST.So I JUST ENTERED ONE IN ORDER TO GET ACCESS.Thankse

I recently cleaned my oven and the lock on the oven door won't retract. I put it through the cleaning phase a second time thinking that the problem would be resolved, but the lock is still out and I can't close the oven door securely and the oven light won't go off because the door won't close.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
