Remove plug on left and install low pressure air gauge. Adjust right screw to 3.4 psi on the gauge. See web site www.Desatech.com Manuals with parts breakdown are available on line.

Probably has an oxygen sensor so you don't run out of air. Probably not something i would bypass in a house.

What is the pressure setting on the air pump? The air pump delivers the fuel. the correct pump pressure deluvers the correct ampunt of fuel. Wrong amount of fuel/air ratio produces a stink!

Air fuel mixture screw adjustment, forced air kerosene heater

Most ready heaters have a fuel pressure setting on the back of the heater near the fan. There should be two small plastic covers, looking directly at the back, the one on the left can be removed and a pressure gauge installed. The one on the right is slotted for adjustment of pressure. I think the correct pressure for that model is 3.0 lbs.
