First of all your system is wired incorrectly. The person who wired it up is using either a power or remote signal from a light switch. That's NOT good. To correct find proper remote wire or you can use a power source that turns off when you turn ignition off and remove it from the Head light switch wires. Easy to find use a test light and check for power wire when ignition is on and No power when ignition is off. Good Luck contact if you need more help. Thanks for using FIX YA
The problem could be a belt if the unit uses one for the CD try, a bad motor or the motor drive servo circuit. There are no user replaceable parts inside this unit as it is solid state and unfortanatly, there is no quick fix for this, except, taking the unit out of the vehicle and bench testing it. Im afraid you will need to seek out the assistance of an authorized servicer. Good Luck
