SOURCE: my computer wont reconize my mp3 player

Down load the firmware on Sansa's website. I have a Sansa 250R and it wouldn't work with the new replacement usb (Griffin) cord I bought at Best Buy. So I bought a Sansa Fuze and the cord that came with it worked on the E250R. Huh? Yeah, go figure...and oh, that replacement Griffin usb cord I bought worked fine with the new Fuze. I came real close to buying a new battery for the E250R but instead invested that money in the Fuze.

Knowing the make and model of your unit would be the first thing to find out, otherwise you're just shooting in the dark. Once you have the make/model, try going to the manufacturers website and see if they have an archived owners manual for download, or you could try replacementtdocs dot com and see if they have the manual you are looking for.
But as I said, knowing the make and model is half the battle.
Hope that hrelped
Cheers from NZ

How do you delete songs from an rca m1001gbus?

Hello,
There's a manual for the M1001GBUS player on this internet page:
http://audiovox2.info/docs/common/M1001GBUS/M1001GBUS_OM.pdf
How to delete songs on the player itself, see page 11 [ page 25 of the pdf file].
When connecting with the provide USB cable:
You should be able to delete songs exploring the player as a removable disk.
Having Windows Media Player version 10 or higher, when the player shows up connected in that software, you should also be able to delete music.
I would not advise the MusicMatch Jukebox software: no support for this software anymore.

I dont knw how to upload music onto my RCA opal mp3 player

Hello,

There's a manual for the M4001 in pdf format, it's under this link:
http://www.voxxsupport.com/images/manuals/M4001/media/M4001_UMEN.pdf
Making music transfers:
> Explore 'My Computer' and use the copy and paste or drag and drop method for music transfers: seeing the player as a removable disk.
note
Before you disconnect, when exploring the player, always go through the safely remove hardware icon in the right corner below of your computer screen. Left click the icon and left click again on the drive letter of your player: after the message the device is disconnected, it is safe to take out the USB cable. ( look in the manual for more info )
<
> Use Windows Media Player 10 or higher:
Right click in the upper bar of WMP10 or higher and see the Help function for how to transfer music.

Rca mp3 #4303 need a power cable.

From looking at the manual for this player (http://www.voxxsupport.com/images/manuals/M4304/media/M4304_DOC_OM.pdf), it appears that your player takes a standard "USB A to mini-B" cable. You can get a replacement at any store such as Best Buy. Bring your player along and ask someone to verify that the cable you're about to purchase works with your player.

I can't download music to my San Disk 1GB MP3 player that I got for Christmas. I did not get a manual with it.

To put music on your Sansa e250 you will do this:
Download Windows Media Player 9 or 10 to your computer. I would use Media Player 10 as it is the newer player. After you download Media Player 9 or 10 open it up on your computer, and then hook up your mp3 player, it should be recognized by Media Player and then you can transfer the songs to it. You need to put the music cd in your computer cd player and download the songs to Media Player using Windows Media Player 9 or 10. I have also included a website where you can download the user manual, it will say e200, but the instructions are also for the e250. Good Luck, I hope this helps. Please rate me, Thank You.

Need usb adapter

It's a standard mini-USB connector. Bring the MP3 player to any electronics store (Radio Shack, Best Buy, Target, Staples, OfficeMax, Office Depot) and show it to a clerk.

It should cost you less than $10 for a new cable.

Installing SanDisk mp3 player

The disk is not really necessary. As long as you have Windows XP / SP2 and Windows Media Player 10 or higher. The CD only contains Rhapsody / Best Buy Digital Media Store and the Sansa Media Converter. Both of which you can download from the internet. SMC http://www.sandiskthailand.com/images/SansaMediaConverter.zip Rhapsody http://www.rhapsody.com/download.jsp?=bbdms Best of Luck.

Lost driver

The disk had Rhapsody and / or Best Buy Software and Sansa Media Converter. Which can be downloaded from www.Rhapsody.com and the Sansa media Converter is here; http://www.sandiskthailand.com/images/SansaMediaConverter.zip It did not contain any drivers. As long as you have Windows XP / SP2, and Windows Media Player 10 or higher, you will not need anything off of the disk. Best of Luck.
