Bb8700g wont switch on (by 3 users)

my bb8700g wont switch on... if i put on the battery, the red led would switch on as welll as the LCD, and the "ancient clock" icon would appeaer, and then it will switch off and repeat the above again and again... i didn't even dropped it...

I tried to load a new application but after nothing only sand clock and nothing else, please someone has any idea how to handle this problem
