Question about LG enV VX9900 Cellular Phone
The phone hasn't been dropped, but for some reason the front and inside screen is now blank, except you can tell that there is power to it, there's a "flicker", like a TV that doesn't have signal. The phone part works fine, makes/receives calls and all that, but screen is blank. Help? Is there a reset for the eNvy? Would that even help?
No hlp att all...

My phone is doing the same thing. My phone hasn't been dropped or exposed to any liquids, but the screens are not working. LG suggested that I send it to them. If they can't fix it, they will just replace it. The only thing I have to pay for is sending it to them. I can make and receive calls but I can't read text messages which is why I mainly got the phone. Just send it to LG Wireless. Call them and they will give you a number that has to be attached to the package and the phone. Within two weeks, they will fix it or replace it. I had to get my LG 8500 replaced, and it was no problem.

If you have an SD card, remove and reinstall it. Worked for me.
