Channel not working properly (by 2 users)

posted by JamesWilliam on Apr 04, 2008

The L Front channel is intermittent, mostly in going into 'mute' mode - ie the sound is very faint. Not a speaker connection problem, as there is a good deal of hiss when the channel 'mutes' itself. I've also taken the case off and reconnected al the leads. All the rest is fine.

I have exact the same problem, I believe.
The left front speaker has a lot of noise, the speaker is ok, I switched the left front speaker with the center, then it worked just fine.

The volume is lower then the volume of the other speakers and there is a lot of noise, what can be the problem?

Can you Help with these Home Theater Systems problems?
