Start your laptop in safe mode. Run msconfig from Start -> Run. Click on Startup tab. Disable all items under startup tab. Restart and run your laptop in Normal mode. See if the problem remains
Thanks for the reply. my problem is with my computer its an acer aspire 5520. whenever im using it and the fan or the motor starts the screen freezes and you cant do anything.what are the hing that i can do to improve it. thanks again.
This could be many things... first of all, are you able to boot into safe mode?..you do that by tapping the F8 key repeatedly while booting, until you get a screen that gives you options on which way you want to boot windows. Select Safe mode and see if you can. Also, what type of computer do you have?, and, have you done any recent program installations or removals?
To prevent the computer from freezing up, make sure you are running nothing else while you are trying to burn the disk. You can also change the programs that are starting up. Hit start, run, type msconfig, go to startup, uncheck everything, restart the computer. Then try to burn the disk. Also you can run CCleaner to repair some of your registry.
