Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Ok, so i got this from a friend and i clicked the play button and it said low battery, so i then installed the disk on my pc. then pluged the Mp3 player into my computer and it wasnt reconized. i then took it off and clicked play again and nothing came up then. So i went to the RCA site and it said to reset it, So i did and sill wont come on, and my computer wont reconize it.
Ive tryed to connect it to 2 computers both didnt work.
And ive looked all over the internet and no one has a answer to help this.
I hope someone can help me!
BTW im running Windows XP.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
