Try this option press hold menu en arrow button to adjust setting en fix it for your best display set your resolution on 1024x768 60hz after that disable osd by removing resistor located on crt board loc# r117 tnx and good day.

Well for Sumsung with a 3% failure rate is unusual, I would try and reset to factory settings if that does not work, They have a pretty good waranty on them seeing they never break down. average is 3yr.
