Question about Lexmark X1270 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I am a totally NOVICE user!! my Lexmark has decided to only print out everything in GREEN, i've done a test print out...thants fine...the ink levels are good. I really need some help in resolving this a.s.a.p as I have an important document to print that has to be done properly. I do not understand 'technical' jargon, so please help in plain idiot proof, step by step language please....many thanks
Sounds like you're missing blue. Using the Lexmark software (maintanance section) that's on the PC, Clean the print heads. You should see all 3 colors (blue, red, yellow) and black. If not, buy a new cartridge as the head on the blue ink are clogged.
