1. Install 'Nokia PC Suite 7' in your PC and configure it for your nokia 2700 classic phone.

3. Download and Save the jar and jad files on your desktop.
4. Connect your phone with your PC by a USB cable.
5. Open PC suite.
6. Click on the icon 'install application'.
7. A window named ' Nokia Appliaction Installer' will be opened.
8. On the right i.e. My Phone side , select nokia 2700 classic ( C; Phone memory). On the left i.e My computer side , select desktop then select 'opera mini 5.0' and then
9. Press ?
10. Save (if required).
11. Open your phone menu>Apps>Memory Card>opera mini>option>move.
12. Move to 'Games'.
13. Now under Games , you will find opera mini , which you can open and use for browsing the internet. The version is 'Opera Mini 5 Beta'.

You can collect opera mini from your friend using NOKIA phone by using your bluetooth or putting your memory card in his phone and copying the memory card into your phone.

Have you checked if the browser is compatible to your phone?

3110 phones normally runs opera mini 3.0, 4.1, 4.2, I tried downloading opera mini 5 with that type of phone but it does not work. I suggest you to go to official opera mini site and download application that is applicable to your phone.

For internet connection, please contact your service provider for the exact settings of your phone and be sure to have enough balance.

Hi, please check the location you have installed the Opera Mini 6.0. The installed Opera Mini 6.0 will be installed sometimes in Games if you select Phone Memory while installing Opera mini. You can directly download Operamini from computer and copy it to Memory Card so that you can launch Opera Mini 6.0 from the Memory Card itself. Do not use the Opera Mini which is given by default in the Internet Menu of the Nokia Cellphone.

The opera mini that you download is not compatible with the phone you have,  try to download opera mini that is going to work with your nokia 2700, go to this site http://www.opera.com/mobile/download/nokia/2700/. this may work on your phone.

do you have java software on cell (if cell is not compatible w/ java opera mini will not work)...do you have these two items installed on your cell (recommend)

If you cannot browse any of the web / wap sites then contact your mobile network operator for GPRS activation and also for configuring your mobile with network related settings.
