Question about HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When faxing 2 or 3 pages all seems to go well, the pages go thru the rollers etc... then a message prints out saying it jammed when it in fact, did not.
When I contact the recipient I find out they either received nothing or one page with only a partial image.
Try to reset the printer.
Take out the power cable without turning it off and then press # and 6 and while pressing # and 6 plug the power cabel and keep pressing the buttons.
The unit will turn on and then turn off...release the buttons and then press the pwer button and turn it on.
Try to fax now.
Also open the adf cover and clean the roller and seperator pad.
