I had the same problem on orange. It was a problem with a setting in Connectivity. Go to menu, settings, phone settings, connectivity, network settings, network mode, and sellect GSM900/1800. See if that helps.

hai It asks you for the PUK code, when you have enter a password wrong to many times call your service provider of another phone and tell them your mobile number and a few details and they will give you the PUK CODE...

hi, in this mobile, there is an option in message settings, where you need to change the default option selected as send multiple messages as mms to send them as multiple sms's. then it will be normal.
Hold down both soft keys (both above the send and end key's) and use
the stylus to push the reset button in between the volume key and micro
sd slot. Then the screen will turn on and tell you something to the
extent of press "Send" to perform a factory reset. Hit send, and your
good to go.
