Question about NewSoft Presto! PageManager 6.0 for PC
I fixed it! Go to the Programs & features in control panel (in Vista), XP users go to Install/Uninstall programs. Highlight Incredimail & click on Uninstall, A dialogue box will appear that gives you the option to uninstall or repair. Click on repair and wait for Incredimal to finish repairing. Incredimail should now work.

I have been using incredimail xe (free version) for a very long time and found it very useful. lately i have problem opening it. let me describe you step by step. when i clicked on the icredimail icon a message appear as "skin dialogbutton.bmp could not be loaded". please upgrade incredimail xe. critical error. this session cannot continue. when i click ok, it will bring me to the incredimail webpage and when i have downloaded upgrade button, it went through the process and come back to the same message "skin dialogbutton.bmp could not be loaded. please upgrade incredimailxe. I bought incredimail bundie lifetime & incredimail premium lifetime & i don't know where to codes in on my laptop .... please help

Guys I already solved this problem this way : close incredimail and search c drive for im2.ims or frosted.ims (those are the skins). Once you get them, just double clik on im2.ims and it will self extract and import to incredimail. A popup will ask you to select a skin, just choose the standard or default. It worked perfect for me (Windows 7 64 bits)

I had this problem several times. What I did was remove Incredimail ( completely) all files associated with Incredimail. _. Then I went to http://www.oldversions.com/ and downloaded an older version of the program. This helped in many ways. When I did this all the info that I had from the previous version was not lost. When the upgrade did its thing then the program worked fine. Hope this helps.

I have the same problem.
Tried your solution of doing a repair. Didn't work.
Although, I am using IM XE....(paid version)....but shouldn't make a difference.
