Problem for Dualit 84038 Coffee Maker
Cracked glass ball on lid
The little glass ball on lid is cracked. Coffee that percolates up ends up all over my counter. I need to find a new glass top.

- I love this coffee pot. I had the same problem, was home with a broken ankle and had time to play on the web. Eventually I got to a Dualit customer service site, explained it, and they sent me a new plastic top from somewhere in northern NJ. It is now one month later and the same thing happened. Great percolater, but why on earth would they use plastic? I am trying to trace my steps. Will post ASA found- chimineaSolution #1
