Most hardware stores will have the bolts you need. Take in the headboard and ask for help
getting a set of bolts that fit. Lowes and most others will have them too. One thing you may want to do
is call Cosco and gove them the model number and date of manufacture and ask if they can email
a set of instructions to assemble the bed. This way you make sure it is safely put together. Cosco / Dorel Juvenile Group Consumer Relations Department P.O. Box 2609 Columbus, IN 47202-2609 Phone :(800) 544-1108
contact cosco at http://www.coscojuvenile.com/instructions/ most manuals can be downloaded with model number and manufacture date, if you do not know them they should be one the crib frame on the bottom, or contact the 1-800 number and they should be able to help you find it
You should be able to take those pieces out of the bottom ends of the crib rail bother than that I'm not sure I have been looking for the plastic pieces for the top of the rail that you squeeze together to lower the side and I called the company and they said they don't carry any parts for this crib anymore. I wish we could all get these cribs together and switch pieces that we need to make at least some of these cribs work its pretty bad. Oh well I hope this helps you.
