Assembly of Ricoh color laser printer - error... (by 2 users)

I just bought a new Ricoh color laser printer. I thought I had followed all the instructions but keep getting an error message "reset PCU correctly." I took out the PCUs and reinserted them. They clicked in place and feel as though they are in position. What could be the matter?

I'm online looking for an answer to the exact same problem. I followed all installation guide steps, powered up and I am getting the same :reset PCU correctly" error.
