Ok... i found a fix... insert zen v plus install cd exit out of autorun for cd go to control panel click on system click on the hardware tab click on device manager click on portable devices right click on your USB device with the yellow warning sign go to properties when it tells you that the drivers arent installed... go to the browse button and select your zen v plus install disk hit ok and it will find the drivers that way...

You might need to wait for the battery to die, which could take a while. I also found out there's a reset button on the Zen. There should be a little hole under the on switch, and you need a pin or paperclip or something to press it. After you do, the screen should turn black. Then you can turn it on, and it will be unfrozen. This has worked for me numorous times.

Find one with version 9 install the creative software and then try the reload of the firmware .Zen has problems with windows medai player 10 - 11.
