Add a memory card to your phone.  The BB will delete call logs first when its memory is full.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My Phone keeps automatically erasing my call logs and sms txts before I even get a chance to read them what can I do??

THe reason it removes your texts and call logs is that there is too much on the phone and it needs room for the texts and calls so it removes all. If you delete pictures or some apps that you do not use it will not remove these items. Also you can press CTRL LGLG and it will bring up the Event Log. Clear that and it should help save more texts and calls.

Lots of memory on blackberry pearl, but still deleting

Check to see how long your mail is configured for retention.

Open your in-basket. Press the menu button, and select "options".

Scroll to the bottom and the last option is "keep messages". You can set this for anywhere from 15 days to forever.

SMS messages and call logs being deleted

i had this problem with my phone, the blackberry is deleting all your messages and call logs because you dont have any phone memory, so your phone deletes everything it thinks isnt important.. so delete some of your pics, music or ringtones, and invest in a memory card! hope that helps!

How to delete recent log

I am having the same problem. I just contacted my wireless provider and they were stomped!! They tried calling Samsung directly but they are closed on Sunday's. I will be calling tomorrow but I have a strong suspicion that because there is no prompt to delete the log that a "Master Rest" will have to occur. Be advised that if this is done, that log may be deleted but so sill EVERYTHING else that is not factory set. All data will be lost if that is done. So hopefully that won't have to occur.
