its either ur LCD touch srceen is damaged or its in d software...
try to update ur phone using the "sony ericsson update service software" it can be downloaded in www.sonyericsson.com..
if it doesnt work.. ur LCD touch screen is fucked up.. bring it to sony ericsson service center...
screw down the front(about 8 screw, 2xT5 4xT6 2xstarscrew(?)), check the connectors, and if nessecary clean with alcohol/ remove the dirty OR try flashing with SonyEricssonUpdateSevice, if it nor works you should use the warranty services
