Well This is the first time I have seen the question so tell me did you post it in keyboard section or in computer section? if not that is a reason it may have not been answered. We also need some more information your keyboard does not work is it wireless? and does it have a wireless mouse connected to it? if so you need to pair the key blard and mouse together, what brand is it? if you answer this post I will help you.

Samsung 300 laser printer--it was doing fine until it ran out of paper and i loaded the paper; now it is not picking up paper. it has no jams but i get pop up that there is a jam in tray1


9 times out of 10 here you got a faulty autofeeder sensor.

the issue here is over time of feeding paper and the like these printers need service. The service they need is not what they get all the time. Not many can take up a serivce contract in this dieing economy so thus you got a total failure.

replace the sutofeeder sensor ($75 bucks labor not included) Since you caanot feed paper at all the likely hood of a quick fix is not going to happen. you can try unplugging the unit and then plug it back in but i do not think that is going to cut it.

diagnosis:
auto feeder sensor and pickup

Prognosis:

Repair locally and part needed.

Do I understand you purchased premium support for your problem, and were billed but no expert ever provided support at all or provided support that didn't solve your problem. Which one?

Because this is usually an easy fix. Do you have an error code associated with this problem like error U163 or E3

I understand now, unfortunately i didn't do the live chat nor am i paid for helping, just like you i came acrossed this site and thought i'd help a few people by donating some spare time.
I am however an IT engineer and am familiar with your copier, as i suggested earlier reset the tech rep switch and see if it clears your error.
I suggest you contact the site for your refund.
