Pnafax UF-322 Getting error code 311 from my panafax machine Model IF-322

Panafax UF-260, it want send or receive faxes, any suggestions, getting error message 432, ???

There is a fix for this. But only a Panasonic tech has access to the parts for the fix. The toner sensor underneath must be moved closer to the cartridge, you are not low on toner.

No simple fix.

Open the top cover, turn machine off.
Move the ink carrier to center, knock off the tower of dried ink with a letter opener.

Oil the chrome shaft.
Clean the plastic strip in back of the ink cart with soapy water.

If a new toner cartridge doesn't take care of it, replace the fuser.

Error 055 is a laser error. the laser is not spinning at the proper speed and may need replacement. There is another solution, where some ferrite cores are added around three cables to reduce electronic interference. Best call a local technician for further diagnosis.

Unplug
move ink cartridge to center
remove ink cartridge
knock off the mountain off dried ink where the ink cartridge normally sits

plug back in
press function 7
tel/dial key slowly 4 times

look in the bottom of the paper tray and push backstop flush up to the paper

It could be a refilled Kyocera KM-F650 cartridge in a Panasonic UG-5510 box.

They look identical, but are configured differently.

You need to try another cartridge as it appears it is not a machine problem.

error 406 means you or the person your trying to fax has a password on the machine so you need to looking at that.,

error code 634 means that you have reached your limit of redials

Restart the fax and check it out
