JVC KD-G322 Demo mode

Hello

I have bought a used car with a JVC KD-G 332 Radio /CD player fitted in it, unit works fine but the display is in demo mode and I cant seem to get it out of demo mode. I have tried removing the power to it for a few minutes but to no avail. It is getting a bit much having to watch Classical ....Hip Hop ... Pop etc keep flashing by every 30 seconds. Can you help.

Thanks

Hold down the "SEL" button, and use the CD track skip button to scroll to where the display says "DEMO," and use the volume knob to change the setting to "OFF." Push SEL again and you're good to go.

Cd player has no audio

Odds are you car has a factory amplifier, and you used the power antenna wire to turn it on. Swap your blue wires, and you should be fine.

Demo mode Kenwood KDC-237

To turn off the demo you need to press the src button to put it in standby mode. Then press the menu button as if to change the settings and use the joystick to scroll right until you see demo, then turn it to off....

Do as above to allow you to enter AUX mode this will let you plug in your MP3 player to the input on the face and hear music through it ;)

hope this helps you

Sirius radio

From my experience, you can not integrate the vehicle Satellite equipment into aftermarket audio pieces. You will have to buy a JVC specific Sirius tuner or use an Fm modulated unit.

Wont play

Try resetting the unit by pressing the small, recessed button on the faceplate with the tip of a pen. If this doesn't work, the player may be defective. There is no wiring error (including failure to hook up the parking brake input) that will prevent the unit from playing CDs.
