NEED TO FIND LOWER PORT FOR RECHARGING AC

I have a 2002 Impala 3.8L
There is one port between the air filter box and strut tower (driver's side). I'm pretty sure that's the low pressure port.
The high port is against the firewall behind the engine, about in the middle.
The ports are covered by black caps.

Recharge AC on my Chevy Impala 2003

You need to follow the ac lines from the ac compressor to the ac condensor to the fire wall behind the engine where it goes to the heater box. There are two connections, both at differant locations,a low side that has a screw on red or blue cap with the letter L on it and a high side with a cap that has the letter H on it.The refridgerant goes into the low side.Hope this helps.
