Where is the low pressure port located on a 2002 chevy impala?

Behind the passenger side of the engine near the firewall if you have the 3400 v6.

The low port is between the engine and the firewall. Down below the alternator. The high port is down by the air intake/filter.

the low pressure recharge is the black plug located on the left side of the break against the firewall under the hood.

when standing in front of engine high and low ports are located on the left to the back of the coolant reservoir. the low side is the smaller of the two.

I have an 02 Impala w/ 3.8L. I'm pretty sure the low pressure port is next to the air filter box. The other port is between the engine and firewall. See picture.

On my 2002 Impala with 3.8L, the LOW port is behind the engine on the firwall. Near the dipstick.

I have a 2002 Impala 3.8L
There is one port between the air filter box and strut tower (driver's side). I'm pretty sure that's the low pressure port.
The high port is against the firewall behind the engine, about in the middle.
The ports are covered by black caps.

PASS SIDE BY THE DRYER NEAR FIRE WALL.

The low pressure port is against the fire wall, look straight back and you will see it.

You need to follow the ac lines from the ac compressor to the ac condensor to the fire wall behind the engine where it goes to the heater box.There are two connections,both at differant locations,a low side that has a screw on red or blue cap with the letter L on it and a high side with a cap that has the letter H on it.The refridgerant goes into the low side.Hope this helps.
