-   This may seem strange, but mine was blinking 1:00 / 0:00 repeatedly, with the power button not really doing anything.
What I did to help solve it is to turn over the unit and try it that way. Try turning the unit on its side to get the rotisserie started, then just put on your meat while the center is spinning.

-   I got the same problem. I have used it a couple of times but now the power light just keeps blinking when I plug it in and it won't do anything else. I have tried pressing all the buttons and hold it down for at least a minute but nothing happen. The manual is no help at all. Is there a solution out there???? Or do I have to toss it and buy a new one? Given the quality, I am not sure I want to buy another one..... Thanks!

-   Using my slow cooker for the 1st time today, have the same problem. Holding the button down seems to help somewhat- the manual does NOT address this part of operations, unfortunately. -   lulumaines
