Access to email that does not incur $1.99 mega byte usage charge per visit
I had Remo mail on my LG enV and was happy with the service...$1,99 data download charge per month and minutes usage to view email. I recently changed my cell phone plan to add more minutes and now get an additional $1.99 charge everytime I access email. It is more of a convenience for me to check in with my office when I am away for an extended time period...so a blackberry or high priced plan does not make sense for me. I am very unhappy with the new pricing structure and wondered if there were other plans that could serve my needs better. I do not have ability to see attachments and text message rates apply to any reply messages sent but that works fine for me.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

be careful as some cap plans charge you for each Mega byte over the Cap and then you get areally big phone bill
Rather than slow your usage you might get a mobile phone bill at the end of the month of more than $900
If it's an android device...
1. Enter wrong pattern 5 times and wait for 30 seconds.
2. Select "Forgot pattern" and enter your email account username and password.
3. Make sure you use the same account that was used to activate the device and double check the password by logging in to that email account in a browser.
4. If you don't have access to the original email account, you will need to do a hard reset and loose your settings and apps on the devcice. The data on the memory card will not be wiped though.
Note: if you can't remember your email password, you will have to visit the email service support page to get it reset.

To access yahoo(search engine) electronic mail service, we need to open an account with yahoo. The email might look like email@example.com. It helps us to send/receive data, files, photographs, videos etc. We can access our email account from any internet access point across the globe and also upload any kind of data from ample usage any time. Email has become the most efficient method to keep in touch with different people at different locations.
Accessing the email via your wireless hand held could be done in different ways. One could need an enterprise data package but the other one does not
1. Access of email via the internet browser of your phone. 2. Access your email via the mail client saved in your phone.
If you're connecting your phone via the access point of hot spot using the WiFi of the phone to gain internet access, then there's no need for you to have an enterprise data plan.
However, if you would like to connect to the internet via your wireless provider, then, you will need the enterprise data plan, so that you could have a reliable internet connection. And you could access your email account.
Email account can be accessible via Web mail or mail client of your phone. If you would like to set the mail client of your phone, you will need to decide whether to create a POP or an IMAP account.
You can also have additional info through your wireless provider.
Are you able to browse other websites other than yahoo? If yes, then there is no problem with your internet connection. If going to mail.yahoo.com gives you a "page cannot be displayed" then there must be a route problem from your computer to yahoo's servers.
To test this, open a command prompt (Start>All Programs>Accesories). Then type: ping mail.yahoo.com
It should give you something like:
Pinging login.lga1.b.yahoo.com [22.214.171.124] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 126.96.36.199: bytes=32 time=215ms TTL=55 Reply from 188.8.131.52: bytes=32 time=215ms TTL=54
If you got that, you just need to clear your cache and cookies. Also try to flush you DNS. From the command prompt, type:
It should flush your DNS successfully. Then try opening a new command prompt and visit the site again.
However if your ping to mail.yahoo.com gives a "Request timed out" then there is a routing error and just have to report this to your service provider.
Please dont hesitate to ask me for further assistance if the above suggested solutions did not work. Thank you.
Have them block the data feature from your line of service. They should have offered to do this for you the first time you called regarding data usage you denied using. Some phones (what is your phone), depending on their type and capabilities, will access the web whether you tell them to or not. If you use picture mail, you would likely lose this ability when you block data (I am not 100% familiar with Verizon's billing system capabilities so maybe not). If this does not solve the issue then they should reset the password for your data resource. Sometimes if you get a recycled phone number you may incur data charges from recurring data instances that were initiated by the previous owner of that number. Resetting the resource password will stop these charges. If these two options are not available to you, they should be crediting your account provide you truely arent using these services.
