Check to see if the compressor is hot

It is a defrost problem. Either the defrost timer is not working or the defrost heater is shorted out. You will need to ohm out the heater. It should have close to infinite ohms. If "open" then that is your problem.

Max 30 minutes.

Sorry to read about your problem. you can have many different problems.
I think you have lost freon, but you could have the problems below.

1. Bad temp control
2. Defective compressor
3. Defective start cap
4. Defective overload protector
5. Defective control board

please make sue your freezer.s compressor it,s working or not if compressor is working then there is low gas problem then please contact to your service technician for refill gas .

probable a warn rubber mount on the compressor unit.....easy to replace or just repair with some silicon.

Can't locate specific manual for your product but sounds like a defrost problem.
Unit should defrost on a regular basis. Usually controlled by a timer. It should turn refrigeration system off, including fans, and turn on heaters to clear any frost or ice on the evap coils. Cycle varies on usage. Look for timer and see if it is running. Make a mark on it and give it an hour and check again to see if it has moved.

puddles of water appear by the bottom of the fridge every now and then why?

There is a starter relay on the compressor. It sounds like it needs replacing. If you listen for awhile when it trys to start the compressor there will be a clicking sound but then nothing will happen. That is the most likely cause.
