Hi, I have also got the same problem... desperately in search of solution, I just format my phone memory and memory card through my pc.
this is the solution ... How to do!!
Copy your all files from memory card and phone memory to your hard disc and format both of them.........
Now start your camera, select destination - first the phone memory, click one photo. Then your memory card, and click. This is just to create folder through mobile. Now try to play song to create folder.
Now!! paste your files to the folder created on your phone and Mem card, and don't past the folder. If you need folder then create new one.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

probably ther isn't enough space left in ur phone memory try deleting to clear up unwanted stuff. If there is space both in ur phone as well as memory card then rearrange all items in the memory card to specified folders. like if there are items that show outside the folders then dump them into the folders and this will solve ur problem. This is strange but try it all will be ok. Next time when u want to format ur memory card see that u do it with the phone itself and not through a PC
Try a master Reset.
To perform a master reset on the handset, follow these steps: NOTE: A master reset restores the original factory settings and can erase all downloaded content, including ringtones, camera images, contacts stored in the handset memory, and Java™ applications. It does not erase data stored on the SIM card or memory card. Back up all necessary data on the handset memory before proceeding.
From the main screen, select Main Menu.
Scroll to and select Settings.
Scroll to and select Initial Setup.
Scroll to and select Master Reset.
Enter the security code.
NOTE: The default security code is 000000 (six zeros).
Press the red End key to exit and return to the main screen.
To do a reset, go to your main menu and select 'Settings'. Select 'General' from the list and scroll to 'Master Reset' and select. Select 'Reset Settings'. If the phone prompts for a password, enter the default 0000, unless you've changed the phone's password.
To do a master reset, go to your Menu, then select Settings. Under the General tab, scroll down to Master reset and press select. Select Reset All and press yes. If prompted, the default passcode is 0000. Please note that a Master Reset will return the phone to its factory default settings. All user data and settings will be deleted. If you have any files or information you would like to save, you should either back it up to a memory stick or your computer. Your contacts can be backed up to the memory stick or your SIM card.
try deleting the cache file from your internet. If you have a computer with bluetooth, try transferring all you photos off of it, then emptying your photo file and trying again. make sure youre attempting to save to your phone, not the sim or SD slot if its empty.
