Question about Apple iPod nano

Apple ipod when i want to transfer songs on and off my ipod my media player wont pick it up. i dont know why

The iPod cannot sync with Windows Media Player unless you download a third-party program. iPods are meant to be used with iTunes only.

Can't transfer songs from old ipod to new ipod


Try to transfer them from your computer and dont copy from one playlist to another.. Also make sure that you transfer the songs from one to another ipod using the same computer.. Maybe this is the problem

You are supposed to transfer songs usin itunes....simple drag and drop doesnt work.... You can download itunes from www.apple.com\itunes
If you are already using itunes,perform a restore on the ipod using itunes...you will find restore option under the summary tab in itunes.

u need to transfer songs using itunes...simple drag and drop doesn't work if thts wat you are doing...

Windows media player wont recognize my mpe player


windows media player is not suppose and will not operate apples ipod.....go to www.apple.com and download itunes.....this will recognize your ipod and help you manage your songs....(once itunes is downloaded scan pc for music files).......you still can use window media player just not with ipod..you can either get tunes via itunes or (limewire, frostwire or bearshare)

Apple intended iTunes to be used to sync your ipod. There is a windows version available on www.apple.com/itunes
Also, if you are syncing songs, make sure they are in a compatible format. (ie not .wma files)

what you have to do is

first install the apple itunes

connect the ipod to system and detect it with itunes...

from there transfer the files from system to ipod..

Use Windows Media Player to transfer songs. Go to Sync tab when IPod shuffle is connected to computer.
