Question about Canon imageRUNNER C3200 Color Printer
I trying to print evelopes and it will not take the size that i want to print it is one of the sizes that is in the system but it tells me the quides our set up incorrect but they are not
See if there is any damadge in bypass rails or sensors

You may need to calibrate the tray sensors again - you can find the tray size calibration in the service mode under 'feeder' and select 'manual tray' or 'bypass tray'. You really need a manual to configure the trays properly but you did not specify which machine you are referring to. Assuming you have a Canon search for your manual here
