Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
My Sansa e260 won't let me change the music list. When I try to add or take out albums, there is no difference when it refreshes. I even tried deleting all of the music, and the list still comes up the same.
Also, I can't seem to get rid of Rhapsody Channel songs I added to the on-the-go playlist, even when I take them off the list. They don't show up in the music folder when connected to the computer, but they stay on the music list on the player.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
Try holding the power button down for at least 10 to 15 seconds. That should turn it off. Turn it back on. If this doesn't work, try taking the battery out for a few seconds. If that doesnt work I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware
