You're jets are pretty much shot. Have you recently used generic ink or used ink that has sat for a while? I had almost the same model and bought my ink in bulk not thinking about it and same thing occurred. Time to upgrade to a new printer...sorry.
It sounds like the black nozzle is clogged. I am not sure if that is a part that is end user serviceable. Best bet would be to call Epson and see if it is something you could repair or if they need to have you send the unit to them. Sorry.
Try remove and shake the inks and reinstall it back in and test to print. If you have tried more than 4x with the head cleaning it might be your ink pads inside the printer is clogged. Is this still under warranty? You have to call Epson they might help you out with it.
Make sure the print head nozzles are not clogged. You may need to clean the print head. This unclogs the nozzles so they can deliver ink properly. Print head cleaning uses ink, so clean it only if quality declines.
When you don't turn on your EPSON CX3200 for a long time, the print quality can decline. It's a good idea to turn on your EPSON CX3200 at least once a month to maintain good print quality.
1. Make sure the EPSON CX3200 is turned on but not printing, and the Error light is off. If the Error light is flashing or on, you may need to replace an ink cartridge. 2. Press the left Menu button on the control panel several times until you see Cleaning and then press the Copy button. Cleaning takes about 30 seconds, during which the EPSON CX3200 makes some noise and the Operate light flashes. Never turn off the EPSON CX3200 while the Operate light is flashing, unless the EPSON CX3200 hasn't moved or made noise for more than 5 minutes.
Hi, Epson usually recommend at least 6 cleans of the print head to clear any blockages. However, be warned this can use up a lot of the remaining ink, and may not resolve your issue. You may have dried ink in the magenta tank, and I would suggest replacing the ink if the first solution does not work
