DXG 568 camera missing part

The camera didn't come with a USB cable like it was supposed to. I need one. Also, I have a Mac, is it going to work if I put it in the computer?

I have a memory stick in my camera.However...Some pictures show up when I view pictures on my camera and not on the removable memory. How I can I recover these pictures to download to my computer

You have to know that in your camera you have a small memory built in and a removable memory the Sd card. So you have to go on the picture and there must be a way to transfer to the memory card, or else when you attach the camera to the computer via usb there must be two kinds of memory showing and choose the small memory example 512 mb and do not choose the one 4Gb ... and suppose if two folders are showing you can right click to see properties and you will know the size of the folder and open the least.. Good luck

Lost the charger and usb cable where can I buy them

Apex Battery offers two DXG-308 chargers

laptoptraveler.com has a charger they say is compatible with the DXG-308

You can bypass the need for a USB cable with a card reader. That also saves wear on your camera.

Search Amazon.com for "card reader" and choose one compatible with your memory card

Is there a way to attach a dxg 305v to a mac running lopard

Your camera should have come with the cable that is needed to upload your images into your Mac. But you will need to upload your images into a photo program (like iPhoto) to store and manipulate them. Once the camera is plugged in and detected, iPhoto automatically imports them into the program. It will store both still and video images and has some pretty good built in editing features. Hope this helps!

Downloading Problem

I have always advised folk to leave the software disk in the box when connecting cameras and the like to a NTFS system. Plug it into USB port and Windoze will find it. Should be the same with Vista I guess Leave the disk in the box- or of you have installed stuff uninstall it. And let Windoze do the work.
