Possible motor or MCB problem .

I suggest to RUN again the software calibration, and read carefully your instr. manual for to remember anything
However see the diagram attached, and lube the gear, shaft of the elevation motor, and tight any connectors or plug ,clean it.

See page 24 of the User's Manual for detailed instructions and illustrations on how to fold the unit for storage or unfold it for use.

Basically, to lower the treadmill for use, just hold the upper end of the treadmill frame with your right hand. Then pull the LATCH KNOB to the LEFT. If necessary, push the frame forward slightly. Then pivot the frame downward a few inches, then release the latch knob. Then hold the metal frame firmly with both hands and lower it to the floor.

hi you need to tighten the left side a turn or two and loosen the right side one or two. this is while the tread is on 3-4.once it moves over to where you want it. tighten the rite side . PS to tighten or loosen the bolts to the w/belt. clockwize is tight, and counter is loose

Try calibrating the incline.
Start the machine. While the machine is operating, press and hold the incline up button. Remove the safety key. Now replace the safety key. The treadmill should go to full incline, then back to the bottom. Once the cycle is complete, the machine should work normally.

sorry to say but there is no free manual on net, so you have to pay 9.69 buks to sownload the user manual.
