My wii keeps spitting out the disc - Nintendo Wii Console

Well I think thast the disc drive is broken or there might be something stuck inside
of the wii console like coins keep video games consoles out of reach from little kids they will reck video games consoles then.

I would suggest simply returning the disc to the retailer. It is very possible that there is nothing wrong with the wii but the disc is bad. If the disc works for the retailer or you get an exchange and have the same problem, it may suggest the drive in the wii is faulty. This should be covered under warranty and even if the machine is over a year old, shouting loud enough may convince Nintendo to fix it FOC. Call for a warranty claim and see how you get on.

Unfortunately this is a hardware problem, aka an issue with the Wii's inner components. In the disc loading tray there is a photo cell sensor that reads when a disc is present within the Wii. This sensor is most likely off center and giving false readings, therefore it is rejecting the discs you load into it. Another issue could be that the disc loader's ribbon cable is loose/not correctly attached to the rest of the Wii.

You will have to get the Wii fixed by Nintendo or you will need to buy a new Wii system. Hopefully you still have a Nintendo warranty for the system. Registering your Wii system on club.nintendo.com can add an additional 90 days to your Wii's warranty.

There's either something jammed inside of the Wii's DVD Drive, or a part on the inside of the DVD drive is broken. All drives have a sensor on the inside to let it know that a disc is fully loaded and seated. If the sensor isn't engaged within a few seconds, it will spit the disc back out.

my advice would be to change the laser assy inside the unit.

try putting the unit on its bottom instead of standing upright.

put in so the silver bit at the back of the disk is facing the the power button
