Dymo LabelWriter 400 Turbo prints incomplete labels (by 2 users)

It almost looks as if it is out of ink. Only the top part of the labels is readable. It doesn't look like there is any kind of ink cartrage to change. Is my label maker on its way out, or is there something I am missing?

I have the same issue with the top able to print and the bottom does not show up.
