Question about HP LaserJet 9500n Printer
I have an Error message 59.6M. I've tried all consummable parts. Makes a bit of a clunk when starting up then displays message. I''ve tried different fuser unit. Tried diags from panel but doesnt show any fault.
Magenta motor is knackered, change it. the clunking noise when printer starts up is the fuser gears meshing together, nothing to worry about. you can change/swap the motor with another motor and see if the startup error message changes from 59.6M(magenta) to 59.C(cyan) or something similar.
