Help what do you do if the zen isnt reacting to anything it looks like its off but it wont turn on or do anything

hey this is so funny! i was just looking up the same question...while i was waiting...i used the reset button...my zen is now unstuck and its just rebuilding the library....hope this helps! :]

I suggest you take your receipt and turn it in. I had to replace my zen four times, and then I gave up. They've had tons of recalls on their products, and tons of bugs. I suggest getting a refund and purchasing something simpler and less-fancy looking--- but before you buy anything, perhaps go online and read a few reviews.

Seriously? Zen sucks. It's really better to get something different.

itcan happen because of battery ded.can you remoove the battery and connect it again to usb and turn on if it is on ,problem is with your battery.isnt it????

Well, it needs to charge via USB on your computer, so plug in your zen into the computer with the creative usb cord, and let it recharge. It may not necessarily turn on if it's really out of battery, but you can tell its charging when the switch you use to turn on and off, and hold, the light is blinking. After sometime, your Zen screen on the upper righthand corner should show a little battery and be blinking green what stage it's at in its charging. When its done charging the battery icon with be fully green, not blinking, and have a little plug icon inside of the battery icon to indicate that it is fully charged--takes a couple of hours to charge.

If that does not work, check your USB cord to make sure it's not damaged in any way. If it is, you may need to purchase a new one for better connection. And if that doesn't work, then you might need to replace the battery altogether, which I'm sure, if you are still in your manufactuer's warranty, they can do for you. After it is replaced, your zen should be good as new and ready to operate.

mine too it wont reconize it because it frezzes I need help so it dosent freeze

make sure it isnt in lock mode, then try charging it. is the battery is in correctly? hope this helps :)
